Parmesan Halibut

PARMESAN HALIBUT
by Pat and Timmy (ages 9, 8)

Ingredients
4 halibut filets
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbs lemon juice
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Garlic powder
Salt, pepper


Directions
Sprinkle fish filets with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, and lemon. Spread thick layer on top of fish. Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
